ESTIMATION METHOD OF LEFT TURN LANE CAPACITY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF PEDESTRIANS AND CROSSWALK LAYOUT AT SIGNALIZED CROSSWALKS

The left turn lane capacity is highly influenced by the presence of pedestrians under shared signal phasing. Pedestrian crossing time can be pedestrian platoon maneuver influence traffic settings, crosswalk length and bidirectional interactions pedestrian, due to that turning vehicles movement may significantly affected.
